REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
At Ark Hospital, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care and services. If you are not satisfied with your care, we may be able to refund your fees.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
You have paid for your care in full already through other means
You have not received any services from Ark Hospital
You cancel your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our billing department at 9821330707. You will need to provide your name, contact information, and the date of your appointment.
Once we have received your request, we will review it and determine if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Refunds are not available for services that have already been provided.
Refunds are not available for services that are covered by insurance.
